Take A Look At A Future Superstar...
This well rounded musician really is the whole package. Check out Natalie Tidwell. Not only does she have an amazing voice, but she writes the music and lyrics on all of her songs. Natalie plays multiple instruments and even co-produces most of the tracks! Natalie is a rare talent in today's world.



When you first hear Natalie's music you will no doubt label is "country". But take a 2nd and 3rd listen and you'll hear so many other flavors and styles in her music. The song writing is strong and confident while still showing a sensitive side. And the production and musicianship on Natalie's songs are among the best we've ever heard.

I have been a fan of Natalie's for a long time and I am shocked that someone would write such ridiculous things! For the coward that had to be "anonymous" in his or her comment, where were you in this contest? Did you make it as far as her? If you know Natalie "very well" then you obviously don't. I doubt she would associate with someone as clueless as you. Apparently, you don't know her too well and I think mediocre best describes you... not her. You obviously don't listen to the radio because there are some current artists that I would describe as mediocre and Natalie is NOT one of them. Keep up the great work Natalie....there are many more people who love your voice!!!!

Wow, I'm completely blown away by the comment written by the "guest". Anyone who knows me very well would never say that about me. Michael Steele never asked me about any instrumentation and that was never in a conversation I had with him. I also told him that I write some of my music but I also said that I sing other songwriters music as well. I am the biggest supporter of our songwriting community and what's wrong with that? I'm so appalled that someone would write such hateful words about someone they obviously no nothing about and if you are going to say those words...say them to me and please don't make it annonymous.

I think those are some strong words for someone like natalie. Is there nothing good to say about ehr music? Maybe she can't play instruments well enough to do a live performance. Maybe her songwritng isn't the greatest. I haven't heard many artist with good material. even established artist and much of what is on the radio. She has a good voice and her recording are good. I think she has potential and I don't know if she is the "whole package" I am an artist and I know my weak points that I need to make improvement . Without question I am a good songwriter and I can play my instrument.. But when I get into the studio there are better players than me who can do the job better. I have little time to work on my vocals which I need to improve on . I am sure if I were in the spotlight someone would be quick to point out my faults instead of all the great songs I have written. Interesting...I know Natalie very well, and can honestly say I was shocked to read that she plays 'multiple instruments'. What? I've seen several live performances, and never once was an instrument a part of it. And I doubt that the fact that 'she writes the music and lyrics on all of her songs' is accurate either. Mediocre talent, at best.

I will say that she has a great voice and some good recordings. She is a grass roots artist and we need to hear more music from artist like her. Rittenhouse
